Job Description

 

  • RTL Design Micro-architecture & Documentation
  • RTL Coding
  • RTL Verification at the unit level
  • Root cause analysis of issues found during Simulations, FPGA testing and ASIC Validation – requires looking at Ethernet and PCIe traces and detailed HW Logging during system operation.
  • FPGA builds
  • Resolve issues found during Linting, cross-clock domain analysis, Synthesis and Static Timing
  • Test Plan reviews

 

Qualifications

10 or more years’ experience in design, implementation and verification of storage and/or networking ASICs.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong FPGA platform development and testing experience
  • Proficiency with Verilog & System Verilog RTL coding
  • Proficiency with low power digital design techniques
  • Proficiency with synthesis and static timing
  • Experience with FPGA flows
  • Strong protocol knowledge in one or more of the following areas is required - NVMe over Fabrics, NVMe, TCP/IP, RoCE, Ethernet, Fibre Channel, SAS, SATA, or PCIe
  • Experience using Network or PCIe analyzers
  • Problem solving skills and out-of-the-box thinking
  • Team-Player, can-do attitude and will work well in a group environment while still being able to contribute on an individual basis.
