Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 5-6 years of experience to drive business process improvements, analyze requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in gathering and documenting requirements, working with cross-functional teams, and facilitating smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering & Analysis:

• Work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams to gather and document business requirements.
• Conduct in-depth business process analysis to identify gaps and improvement areas.
• Convert business needs into functional and technical specifications (BRD, FRD, SRS).
• Define business objectives, scope, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for projects.

Process Improvement & Solution Design:

• Analyze current business processes and recommend optimized workflows.
• Work with IT and development teams to design solutions that align with business goals.
• Conduct impact analysis and feasibility studies for proposed changes.

Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration:

• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure clear communication of requirements.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure user-friendly design implementation.
• Facilitate discussions, meetings, and workshops to gather input and validate solutions.

Project Management Support:

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking deliverables.
• Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Work with QA teams to ensure business requirements are met during testing phases.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Utilize data analytics tools to gather insights and support decision-making.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key business metrics.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize business processes.

Compliance & Documentation:

• Ensure documentation complies with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Maintain and update project documentation, workflows, and process diagrams.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 5-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, finance, healthcare, or other relevant domains.
• Technical Skills: 
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN).
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Understanding of APIs, data flows, and system integrations.
