The opportunity

This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of shaping TGO's digital products that not only drive business growth but also enhance the customer experience, ultimately positioning the company as a leader in the digital landscape.      

How you’ll spend your day

• Define and articulate the vision and roadmap for TGO Digital Transformation program in alignment with organizational goals and business needs.
• Collaborate with TGO stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features and define acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritize the digital product backlog, ensuring it reflects the latest priorities and business needs.
• Work closely with cross functional teams in IT and business to deliver high-quality digital solutions on time and within budget.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the development team and stakeholders, providing regular update and gathering feedback.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
• Champion a customer – centric approach, ensuring that the product meets user needs and delivers value.

Your experience and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• A minimum of 12 years experience in IT or project management.  Prior experience supporting a digital transformation is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in digital product development.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Establishes strong relationships with stakeholders, peers and other cross-functional teams.
• Communicates and demonstrates vision and values, strategic planning.
• Uses clear, proactive written and verbal communication and strong presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of digital technologies, user experience (UX) principles, and software development processes.
• Strong overall understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
• Proven management capabilities with leading IT teams and large scale projects.
• Strong understanding of regulations and industry standards.
• Experiences in multinational company.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical industry.
• Demonstrates appropriate judgment and ability to make decisions.
• Experiences with IT systems for manufacturing sites.
