Position Summary

• Assesses daily work and directs staff on work assignments.  Troubleshoots and problem solves disruptions in daily work.  Collaborates and communicates with HI Manager statuses of operational work and barriers.

• Associate’s degree preferred

• N/A

Experience and Skills

• Technical Experience:  3 years

Physical Activities

• Intermittent hand manipulation required
• Intermittent lifting and carrying of 20 pounds  

Role Specific Responsibilities

• Assists HI Operations Manager with training and leading the Health Information technical workforce.
• Monitors workflow and job assignments.
• Communicates with departments on health information documentation issues and resolves issues in an appropriate manner.
• Provides leadership in the absence of the manager.
• Performs job duties when staff are absent, as needed.
• Other duties as assigned

Compensation (Commensurate with experience):

$18.28 - $27.42
