Senior Financial Analyst at a Glance….
The Senior Financial Analyst, Procurement FP&A will conduct and document financial analysis initiatives for a sub-function or category. Our ideal candidate will provide reports and analyses of performance vs. forecast, operating budgets and overall financial results. In addition, this person formulates, provides insights on, and assures effective implementation of policy, practices, procedures, and systems in the areas of credit, statements, consolidation, and financial planning.
What’s on the menu?
- Building analytical tools to track and forecast supplier payment terms and support accounts payable improvement strategy
- Supports economic/financial research and analysis
- Define and implement value added financial reporting processes for the actual, forecasting and budgeting work streams
- Establish and maintain analytics that enable deeper understanding and insight into procurement performance
- Providing input to the development of financial forecasts and related budgets, considering alternative scenarios and economic prospects as appropriate
- Partner with functional teams to integrate budgets and forecasts into business review
- Creating financial models and implementing supporting tools. Gathering market data to analyze trends and benchmarks
- Participating in the annual budget process and monthly forecast process

- BS in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, FP&A, Supply Chain Finance and evidence of analytical mindset preferred
- Highly developed excel and systems expertise, SAP experience strongly preferred
- Conversant in data manipulation tools and language
- Strong business acumen, interpersonal, communication skills
- Motivated self-starter who can effectively work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
