Objective: We are hiring an outside sales position to join their campaign for Nuvision Glass in the Central Florida area. The Outside Sales position ​​​creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount to our major clients in the sports industry.

About Us: We are a preferred and trusted shop with all major insurance companies and handle the paper work and billing on your behalf to ensure a fast and easy process from start to finish

Responsibilities:

• Acts as a role model and coach while developing trainees using our structured management training program for sales industry leaders
• Ensures that team members clearly understand and are held accountable for their performance expectations
• Provides appropriate recognition and rewards to individuals and groups when consistent superior performance is attained.
• Maintains records, charts, and graphs of teams’ performance
• Establish and maintain an effective working relationship with other divisions

Requirements:

• Must be very organized and able to handle multiple tasks at one time
• College degree preferred
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, leadership or management preferred
• Experience with team managing projects
• Upbeat individual that displays excitement in surrounding atmosphere
• Great ability to learn and develop professionally
