About the role

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Logistics & CPFR Analyst to lead key supply chain initiatives across logistics execution and collaborative planning. This hybrid role demands a strong customer-facing presence, global logistics expertise, and the ability to navigate complex challenges in a fast-paced and dynamic supply chain environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a passion for driving operational excellence and building strong partnerships across internal teams and external stakeholders. 

Your responsibilities

• Lead logistics TSA adherence checks and perform monthly and quarterly audits.Participate in logistics financial planning and forecasting, including cost analysis, budget alignment, and performance tracking.
• Drive collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment (CPFR) efforts with major retail partners, leveraging POS data, promotional forecasts, and inventory insights to align supply and demand.
• Serve as a primary customer-facing contact for logistics and planning discussions, building trust and transparency through consistent communication and issue resolution.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics including OTIF, OTW, customer inventory, and in stock rate
• Manage and troubleshoot shipment execution issues such as missed appointments, invoice discrepancies, and EDI/ASN failures.
• Collaborate with 3PLs, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of daily shipments and promotional programs.
• Stay informed on global logistics trends, geopolitical developments, and regulatory changes that may impact supply chain operations. 

The experience we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field 

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain planning, or customer collaboration, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role. 

• Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with strong communication and relationship-building skills. 

• Deep understanding of global logistics networks, international shipping, and regulatory compliance. 

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
