Join Our Team as a Production Compliance Coordinator!

PJ Fitzpatrick is looking for a detail-oriented Production Compliance Coordinator to join our growing team. In this critical role, youll ensure compliance with regulatory and operational requirements, mitigating risk while supporting our Project Coordinators across all product lines. What Youll Do:

Regulatory & Compliance Management:

• Secure necessary local, state, and federal construction permits.
• Schedule and track post-install inspections to ensure compliance.
• Ensure all EPA Lead-Safe requirements are met and documented.

Project Coordination & Documentation:

• Monitor daily backlog reports to ensure accurate tracking and timely completion.
• Oversee third-party service provider (ISP) licensing and insurance compliance.
• Assist with processing Certificates of Insurance (COI) requests.
• Ensure HOA and Historical Society approvals are obtained before installation.

Audit & Risk Management:

• Maintain 100% accuracy in compliance documentation to reduce risk.
• Track and report all Lead-Safe job results, ensuring violations are addressed.
• Work closely with accounting teams to process and track permit payments.

Schedule & Work Environment:

• Full-time position | Monday Friday
• Office-based role with minimal physical demands
• Extended seated and computer-based work
