In this role, you will assist with daily administrative procedures and special projects.

In this role, you will assist with daily administrative procedures and special projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the team and assist with special projects as needed.
- Manage daily office operations and maintain organized records.
- Handle communications, including phone calls and emails, in a professional and courteous manner.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling and preparation of materials.
- Assist with tenant inquiries and support property management tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Superb attention to detail.
- Ability to exercise good judgment and apply initiative.
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in property management industry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
