Mental Health Professional
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Professional to join our team, providing essential support and care to individuals facing mental health challenges. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to clients experiencing emotional, behavioral, or psychological issues
- Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, social workers, and other healthcare providers
- Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and coping strategies
- Stay current with developments in mental health research, techniques, and best practices
Skills and Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- Valid licensure or certification as required by state or local regulations (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
- Proven experience in mental health counseling or therapy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
- Knowledge of mental health assessment tools and evidence-based treatment modalities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
