Through this work, the team delivers security architecture assessments, technical recommendations, security tool configuration management, policy and standard support, and overall security partnership to the CIO office.

The Workday Information Security Organization supports Workday’s critical Business Technology team by providing security risk review and partnership into enterprise efforts around infrastructure, data & analytics, and core enterprise applications. Through this work, the team delivers security architecture assessments, technical recommendations, security tool configuration management, policy and standard support, and overall security partnership to the CIO office.
Responsibilities:
Security Engineering: Design, build, deploy, and manage AI-based security tools and services including open source tool development, AI model development.
Solution Reviews and Advisory: Provide expert guidance during AI solution design and implementation. Lead AI threat modeling, architecture reviews, and risk assessments as part of technical intake and governance processes for AI specific software development and third party software/SaaS evaluation.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to drive AI security requirements, threat modeling practices and embedded security principles, standards and architecture blueprints into CI/CD pipelines.
About You
Basic Qualifications
7+ years of any combination of application or security-related program functions such as application development, application or AI/ML security, security engineering, threat modeling or related areas
3+ years of software development or automation with languages such as Python, Java, React, C++, or JavaScript/Typescript
