The Role

Pantheon’s Business Systems team ensures our business scales through efficient SaaS systems, processes, data and analytics. We use a cloud first technology stack supporting Pantheon’s Sales, Product Marketing and Finance operations alongside our go-to-market strategy.

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team to lead the development and efficiency of our demand generation systems. In this highly visible role reporting to the Director of Enterprise Systems, you will report and recommend directions on the performance systems. You will work with multiple technical experts across other teams to optimize tools for our Demand Gen team. You will assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints to improve business benefit. 

Cool Stuff You'll Do

  • Drive Pantheon’s pipeline and topline revenue success!
  • Be accountable for the performance and quality of our demand generation systems. This includes developing priorities, driving a portfolio of projects and identifying KPIs.
  • Drive use of LeanData, ZoomInfo, Drift, Salesloft and Gong for demand generation.
  • Drive requirements, design systems and processes to optimize demand generation.
  • Stay current on the latest trends and technologies in demand generation.
  • Manage the implementation and operations of 3rd party tools and enable our GTM teams with roll out training and communications.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 5-7 years of business systems experience focusing on demand generation.
  • Passion for generating new business, pipeline, and sales and marketing operations.
  • Motivation to provide excellent support to our internal business partners and an accountability mentality, willing to dig deep into details and product results.
  • A collaborative work ethic, motivated by winning together as a team.
  • A proactive disposition, able to drive outcomes for our business partners.
  • Experience and a solid track record of developing and managing SaaS demand generation tools including: LeanData, Marketo, Salesforce and Workato
  • Ability to balance multiple projects, cross functionally, and plan delivery roadmaps.
  • Excellent requirements documentation, testing, and release management discipline with the ability to write, interpret, and critique technical specifications
  • Clear communicator, able to present complex concepts clearly to a wide audience.
