I. Job Summary
Provides advanced business support, analysis and insight to the Revenue Management Organization.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
- Prepares reporting and insights, both monthly and quarterly, for Revenue Management leadership that support WMs sales force effectiveness initiatives.
- Facilitates the education and training of users on the principles and use of reporting & business analytics.
- Develops revenue forecasting models using available data from CRM, billing and other systems, utilizing the most appropriate and predictive leading indicators of performance
- Identifies and solves sales process challenges through analysis of performance metrics and the use of advanced optimization techniques
- Manages large amounts data or information, current and historical metric data and is also responsible for developing data integrity audit processes to ensure that consistent quality reporting is maintained
- Partners with cross-functional business partners in Finance, Marketing, Customer Service, IT, and Human Resources to identify opportunities that will increase productivity and support the organization's sustainable growth strategy
- Directs, managers and conducts special and ad hoc information requests. Reports results of findings to market areas, groups and corporate office.
- Creates both standardized and custom reports based on scheduled and on-demand requests and delivers results consistently on a timely basis
- Prepares analysis of subjects such as rates of return, depreciation, working capital, investment and financial and expense performance comparisons
- Manages special projects as requested

IV. Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.
A. Education and Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree (accredited) in Finance, Sales, Operations or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four years of relevant work experience.
Experience: Six years of previous relevant experience (in addition to education requirement).
Preferred Experience: Prior experience with SQL, Snowflake and PowerBI
B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements
None required.
C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
- Requires an excellent understanding of standard business practices related to Sales Operations processes and systems (sales cycle, CRM applications, reporting, forecasting, territory management and sales quotas).
- Six+ years progressive analytical experience in Finance, Sales or Business Operations capacity.
- Understanding of, and ability to work with, large complex datasets and database structure.
- Must be proficient in the Microsoft suite of products with extensive Microsoft Excel experience. Excellent Excel modeling skills, including the ability to take ownership of models built by others, required.
- Experience with SQL, Snowflake and PowerBI preferred.
- Effective organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable with facilitating and leading classroom and live web-cast delivery.
- Capacity to articulate and present business analysis results clearly and concisely to stakeholders at different levels
