Business Transformation Lead

The Business Transformation Lead role organizes and controls resources/processes for an enterprise level, multi-year program that has complex and deep impact in support of our Mission to Lead in Lifetime Income, Delight Our Clients, and Strengthen How We Operate. The focus of the role is on supporting the transformation team by contributing to specific initiatives or projects and providing analysis, communication, and change management support.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Works with the transformation leaders to support the development and implementation of specific initaitives or projects. Identifies opportunities for improvement and develops solutions.
- Conducts analysis and provides insights. Uses data to identify trends, patterns and areas for improvement.
- Communicates with stakeholders and builds collaborative relationships.
- Supports an established program plan and monitors progress and performance against this plan.
- Identifies and resolves obstacles to completing program on time and to budget.
- University (Degree) Preferred
- 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred

- Experience in Business transformation.
- Experience in implementing business transformation initiatives.
- Experience with SQL.
- Experience in Project Management and Data analytics.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience as Tableau / PowerBI / ETL Developer
- Strong knowledge of business processes, Change management methodologies and Project management principles.
Anticipated Posting End Date:
2024-08-20Base Pay Range: $97,700/yr. - $162,900/yr.Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
