Location: Pippin Hill Farm and Vineyard

Pay Rate: $18-$20 per hour

Hours: 20-25 hours per week

Schedule: Wednesday-Sunday, 9 AM - 2 PM

Potential: Opportunity to move to full-time

We are currently seeking a personable and organized receptionist to join our team part-time.

Job Responsibilities:

• Field incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Answer and manage email correspondence efficiently.
• Create and manage reservations for our guests.
• Provide assistance to larger groups in making their bookings.
• Address guest questions and provide information about our offerings and events.
• Maintain a welcoming and professional demeanor at all times.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
