Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional Maintenance Technician/Porter with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey. We have openings at our New Monmouth, New Jersey location.
Schedule: Tuesday-Friday 1pm-9pm and Saturday 9am-5pm
Pay Rate: $20.00
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Perform manual repairs when necessary.
- Perform maintenance of electrical systems.
- Conduct general upkeep procedures.
- and other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Experience in Fixing Locks, replacing windows and cork windows.
- Experience in Landscaping.
- Experience in Boilers and HVAC.
- Experience in basic carpentry, roofing, and painting.
