Veracode is seeking a Customer Success Management (CSM) intern to join our 12-week Summer Internship Program.

The CSM Intern is an ideal role for an individual looking to combine an interest in software, technology, and cybersecurity with a desire to develop customer-facing and strategic-thinking skills.  Veracode’s CSM team focuses on our customers’ journey from the moment they hire us, to the point where they realize all the value of what our best-in-class AppSec tools and services have to offer.  You’ll not only learn about our products, but also the ever-changing security concerns of our customers and how we help them address these concerns. 

Key Aspects of the Role:

During your internship, you can help us improve our customers’ security posture and gain valuable experience for your future career.  We expect our intern to assist our CSM team in:

• Performing product demos and presentations
• Leverage and develop technical skills used to implement Veracode AppSec program solutions
• Identify the most used metrics and permanently add to the platform
• Using customer data to tell compelling stories that show the value of Veracode
• Documenting customer product requests and technical issues, following up with our support and engineering teams for resolution.
• Support manual penetration tracking
• Tactical support for our largest customers including app linking, scan tracking, sales support contact updates
• Performing other tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Preferred majors: Computer Science, Data Analysis, Statistics or Business
• Actively enrolled in an accredited college/university with an anticipated graduation date between December 2023-May 2025.
• Must be able to work a 40-hour work week (Monday-Friday) between May 31st- August 18th, 2023 and reside in a commutable distance to Burlington, MA.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future.
