About the role

cFocus Software seeks a Sr. Navy Enterprise Network (NEN) Analyst to join our program supporting the Department of Defense (DoD). This position is remote. This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications:

Six (6) years of professional experience in relation to NEN programming including Network Enterprise Tool (NET), CLIN offerings, and NEN ordering

Duties:

Provide advanced technical and analytical support for Navy Enterprise Network (NEN) operations and maintenance.
Monitor network performance, availability, and security posture, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
Perform network diagnostics and root cause analyses to support system stability and performance optimization.
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and other network infrastructure devices.
Support implementation of Navy cybersecurity and information assurance policies in network operations.
Develop and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Analyze network traffic and logs to identify performance bottlenecks or security anomalies.
Collaborate with system administrators, cybersecurity teams, and engineers to ensure network integrity and compliance.
Support the integration and testing of new network technologies and enhancements.
Prepare and deliver reports on network health, incidents, and performance metrics to leadership.
Provide Tier III support and serve as an escalation point for complex network issues.
Participate in after-hours maintenance windows, upgrades, or incident response activities as required.
