Team Lead, Intensive In-Home

We currently have an opening for an intensive in home team lead to serve clients in Stokes, Forsyth, and Western Rockingham Counties.  Youth Haven Services has been making a difference in the lives of children/families in our area for over twenty years and we would love you to join us in furthering our legacy. We focus on providing individual attention and quality treatment in a culturally competent environment to enhance children/family outcomes. We are a CARF accredited, CABHA (Critical Access Behavioral Health Agency) serving Rockingham, Guilford, Caswell, Stokes and surrounding counties.

Position:   Full-time Licensed or Provisionally Licensed Therapist

Job Summary: Ensures quality therapeutic treatment is given to each consumer in the community (school, home, office, etc.).  Implements best practices and utilizes a variety of therapeutic interventions.  Maintains documentation according to DHHS policy. 

Qualifications:  

Education:  Master’s Degree in Human Services field and approved North Carolina licensure as Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.  May be provisionally licensed.

We offer:
Competitive pay based on experience
For provisionally licensed therapist we provide $50 weekly reimbursement for supervision, $200 reimbursement per year CEU, and in additional to generous PTO we provide 16 hours of professional PTO per year for therapist.  

Retention Bonuses after successful completion of 90 days-$500, 8 months-$500, and 1 year-$1,000 and subsequent years $3000.
