About the Role

Stanwood Camano Physical Therapy is hiring a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our supportive outpatient clinic in Stanwood, WA. In this role, you'll work closely with experienced physical therapists to provide one-on-one care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Whether you're a new grad or a seasoned PTA, we offer the flexibility, mentorship, and tools to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering 1-on-1, 45-minute therapy sessions
• Follow PT treatment plans for patients with orthopedic, neurological, and other conditions
• Support patients with exercises, mobility training, and therapeutic techniques
• Monitor progress and provide feedback to supervising physical therapists
• Use technology to assist with documentation and patient care
• Educate patients on at-home exercises and care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Promote a positive and team-oriented clinic environment

Requirements

• Active Washington State PTA License
• CPR Certification
