Job Responsibilities:

• Dust and dry mop all assigned areas.
• Empty and clean trashcans, replacing liners as needed.
• Clean and sanitize bathroom fixtures, walls, and chrome surfaces.
• Remove debris from floors and ensure proper disposal.
• Report maintenance needs, such as repairs or lightbulb replacements, to the Environmental Services Director or Maintenance Director.
• Maintain a safe and hazard-free environment, reporting any safety concerns promptly.
• Follow emergency procedures and utilize emergency equipment when necessary.
• Exhibit professionalism, confidentiality, and a friendly attitude in interactions with residents, peers, and staff.
• Participate in ongoing training or educational programs as required.
• Adhere to and reflect Trinity View's mission, vision, values, and customer service standards in daily tasks.

Qualifications:

• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions accurately.
• Knowledge of cleaning standards and techniques preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous experience in housekeeping or environmental services (preferred).

Working Conditions:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds regularly.
• Frequent standing, stooping, bending, and climbing small step ladders.
• Occasional outdoor exposure and potential contact with cleaning solutions or bodily fluids.

Schedule:

This is a full-time position, and every other weekend availability is required.
