• Correctly code and process invoices in Ariba for all hired local crew across all Sport properties – NBA, MLB, NHL, NCAA.  Range of expected invoices is between 12-60 weekly.
• Track all local crew invoices in budget tracking system. Range of expected invoices entered into tracking system is between 12-60 weekly.
• Identify trends for local crew invoices – trending over or under budget in particular markets; adding additional crew, etc.
• Manages and books all logistics for NBATV and B/R remote productions technical crew. Including managing UBER account for technical crew. Crew ranges in size from 5 people – 20 people.
• Assist in monthly Corporate Meeting Card reconciliation.
• Assist in monthly airline bill coding and reconciliation.
