Allergan Data Labs is on a mission to transform the Allergan Aesthetics beauty business at AbbVie, one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. Our team has successfully launched a new and innovative technology platform, Allē, which serves millions of consumers, tens of thousands of aesthetics providers and thousands of colleagues throughout the US. Since its launch in November 2020, Allē has delivered curated promotions, personalized experiences and had millions of consumers use it as part of their beauty journey.

We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager to build on our successfully adopted Provider platform and who is interested in working within a quickly scaling environment, while having the backing of a very large company.

As a Technical Program Manager you will report to the Lead Technical Program Manager as part of our PMO, managing key projects at the squad level.  You will help guide deliverables through the development process with your team and provide status to key stakeholders across the business on critical technical initiatives.

You Will

• Act as the center point for your squad’s coordination, communication, planning, and delivery

• Facilitate scrum ceremonies for the squad, remove impediments, and maintain the squad’s high performance

• Assist TPM leadership in keeping the squad’s deliverables on track and report on progress and project health to the program’s stakeholders

• Partner with your Product, Design, and Engineering counterparts to ensure delivery of feature and tactical development, including accurate documentation

• Follow PMO protocols for project guidance and provide transparency and tracking for the projects in your squad

Required Experience & Technical Skills

• 5+ years or equivalent experience in an Agile environment, 2+ years as a Technical Program Manager

• Experience with Agile Scrum methodology

• Experience managing multiple complex engineering projects simultaneously

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills

• Experience in influencing a positive culture within an organization

• Passionate about continuous improvement and process

• Understanding of project implications and impact when changes occur to scope or timeline

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills that optimize delivery and bring the highest value to the business
