You’ll be working with the Asset Management Analyst team in San Francisco, CA.
Your expertise
Education & Experience Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Management, Engineering (Any), Economics, or a related field of study plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or 2 years of experience as a Management Analyst, Associate, or a related occupation.
Position requires experience with the following:
• financial analysis, including monitoring asset operating performance against business plans and tracking key property-level financials; incorporating market data, operations data, leasing and capital in tools like Excel; preparation and accuracy of reports including Hold/Sells analyses, update Valuation Reviews, and Internal Forecasts; evaluation of property performance, market conditions and leasing activity; planning and execution of property capital projects; development of the property level annual operating budget and business plan, including expected leasing activity, income/expense review and capital planning.

Salary information
The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - California - San Francisco min USD 118000 - max USD 130000 /annum
The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
