The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As an International Regulatory Affairs Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Lead/coordinate a medium sized group of medical device international regulatory and quality personnel.  Ensure personnel management, hiring and replacements, day to day supervision and administrative management

• Communicate and liaison with the healthcare spin to ensure stakeholder needs are met

• Supervise qualified/responsible country personnel

• Ensure appropriate tools are provided to team members

• Manage a global team including Asia, Latin America, and EMEA

• Regulatory operations and management of a small team

Your Skills and Expertise 
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.

• Five (5) years of experience in regulatory and prior supervisory, in a private, public or Military environment.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Strong regulatory affairs experience

• Advanced Degree

• Broad international Medical Device Regulatory Affairs experience

• Strong English language skills

• Ability to speak multiple languages (examples:  Spanish, Japanese, Korean)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools

Location: Work Your Way Eligible (Employee choice to work remote, on site, or hybrid)

Travel: May include up to 15% domestic / international

The expected compensation range for this position is $177,961 - $217,508, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
