Job Description

• Understand and interpret all manufacturing audits, including IATF16949, VDA6.3, ISO 9001, and other industry standards
• Evaluate Test results, examine functionality, and compare the final product to the specifications.
• Developing production and characterization disposition specifications
• Creating and managing product documentation
• Providing product support, which involves interfacing with design, test engineering, Quality engineering, and other groups
• Designing, debugging, and correlating hardware and software
• Support new product launches, ensuring compliance with established standards
• Define specifications, understand the requirements of products and services
• Evaluate Test results, examine functionality, and compare the final product to the specifications.
• Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure product quality
• Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
• Teach the production team about quality control concerns to improve product excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or related
• Knowledge in Material Science, Semiconductor Technology
• Experience in Test Engineering
• Experience in Quality Control for backend manufacturing
• Knowledge and interest in measurement methods, MSA, bench test
• Good command of German and English (speaking and writing)
• Experience desirable in Mixed Signal IC circuits
• Schematics tools
• Automatic Test Equipment
• Prepared and willing to travel
