Senior Support Engineer

We believe in using innovative technology to create new opportunities in the world of finance and high frequency platforms.</p> <p>We are seeking a proactive and technically adept engineer for our Support Team, based in India or Amsterdam. This role is integral to our operations, ensuring our systems and strategies are functioning optimally. </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Working with both Regional and Global support teams, ensuring efficient handling of issues, and providing timely solutions</li> <li>Enhancing our existing Python script framework, driving its growth and contributing to the codebase</li> <li>Providing support for high frequency trading systems, with an emphasis on market data and order routing</li> <li>Leading latency analyses and performance investigations in order to improve the quality of trading systems</li> <li>Developing, maintaining, and optimizing Scheduling tools (Airflow DAGs)  in line with business requirements</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum 8+ years of industry experience</li> <li>Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field</li> <li>Solid experience in a technology or support function, preferably in the crypto or finance industry</li> <li>Strong programming skills in Python and experience in Scheduling tools like Airflow DAGs</li> <li>In-depth understanding of HFT systems, Order Passing, and Market Data</li> <li>Familiarity with cloud computing infrastructure (a plus)</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations</li> <li>Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to coordinate with teammates in remote locations</li> <li>Willingness to provide after-hours support when necessary</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits</strong></p> <p>While we work hard, Tower’s cubicle-free workplace, jeans-clad workforce, and well-stocked kitchens reflect the premium the firm places on quality of life.
