<p><span>• Driving the security direction for Reckitt to protect Reckitt’s assets and services based on the defined risks to the business (as specified by the Risk Management Team) - Providing a balance between compliance with requirements, delivery times/costs and operability. </span><span> </span></p>
<p><span>• Implement security standards for all security solutions to meet the needs of Reckitt.</span><span> </span></p>
<p><span>• Strong leadership skills driven both from business and security perspectives to deliver security solutions which are aligned to Reckitt’s business needs. </span><span> </span></p>
<p><span>• Implement security standards for all security solutions to meet the needs of Reckitt.• Support implementation of security hardening standards for all infrastructure operating systems and configuration</span><span> </span></p>
<p><span>• Supervise, administer, monitor, maintain and/ or perform security operations tasks within technical security solutions</span><span> </span></p>
<p><span>• Support the security design and application assurance teams in relation to delivery of security architecture.</span><span> </span></p>
<p><span>• Support the security assurance team in relation to delivery of standard security best practices.</span><span> </span></p>
<p><span>• Support alignment to all relevant privacy regulations, security standards and accreditations, e.g. ISO27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, etc.</span><span> </span></p>
<p><span>• Support communications teams where required to ensure correct security messages are presented.</span><span> </span></p>
<p><span>• Evaluate new technology solutions working with internal developers and third-party vendors (in association with vendor management teams).</span><span> </span></p>
<h2>The experience we're looking for</h2>
<p><span>• At least 4 years of proven experience in the design and development of security solutions and services</span><span> </span></p>
<p><span>• Strong knowledge of software engineering, information risk, security guidelines and architecture standards</span><span> </span></p>
<p><span>• System testing skills / methodology</span><span> </span></p>
<p><span>• Innovative and experimental approach</span><span> </span></p>
<p><span>• Familiar with Windows, Linux operating systems</span><span> </span></p>
<p><span>• Ability to develop workable product solutions to address the strategic imperatives of the business.</span><span> </span></p>
<p><span>• Strong hands-on engineering experience within at least a few of the areas: </span><span>Cloud security; </span><span>IAM / PAM; </span><span>Security monitoring; </span><span>EDR; </span><span>SIEM; </span><span>SOAR; </span><span>DLP; </span><span>Email Security; </span><span>Network security; </span><span>Vulnerability scans; </span><span>OT Security</span><span> </span></p>
