Short Description

- Supervise, coordinate & schedule the activities of the food service workers.

- Dietary Helpers are scheduled so that all essential tray line and sanitation positions are covered with properly         trained personnel.- Prepares the tray line assignment sheet (line-up) for each tray line checked.- Fills out start/finish times

Experience Required

2yrs institutional food service.

Education Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

License/Certification Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred,
