Learning Consultant II

The Learning Consultant will develop, implement, and evaluate training and education programs for clients to promote growth, development and adoption of Oracle Health Patient Accounting and Revenue Cycle roles. This hire will consult with and coordinate between Oracle Health and customer project leaders to identify capability gaps impacting current and future business strategies and design and implement appropriate learning curriculum to meet business needs including process design and solution adoption best practices.

The Learning Consultant/Instructor is responsible for the success of their assigned Oracle project/training events and committed to superior customer service. They are expected to participate in the development of training plans for continuous personal and professional growth. Control aspects of the customer event (i.e. instruction, application implementation, environment, setup etc.) to ensure success. Produce quality deliverables on a project (i.e. assessments, communication, curriculum development, Tutor, eLearning). Continually develop capacity to deliver services that add value to the customer and grow their understanding of basic concepts. Provide support to project team, project management, and upper management. Meet utilization targets. Travel as needed.

 

To be successful in this role, you: 
•    Have strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts.
•    Have proven experience in electronic health record training delivery, adult learning, and coaching.
•    Experience in Oracle Health Patient Accounting and Revenue Cycle roles.
•    Have coaching and mentoring experience to enhance team performance.
•    Must exhibit the following behavioral competencies leadership, collaboration, adaptability, problem-solving, and customer focus.
•    Have proven experience developing and localizing training materials to match the needs of the customer.
•    Are proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products.
•    Are able to work irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $25.48 to $60.63 per hour; from: $53,000 to $126,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
