Join us and let's create the future of gaming together!</p><p></p><p><strong>Meet the team 👩‍👩‍👧‍👧</strong></p><p>You’ll join the Data department, which is structured into three core teams:</p><ul> <li> <strong>Data Platform (6 Engineers):</strong> Ingest and standardize massive datasets from multiple sources, and maintain our core data model to ensure data is reliable, scalable, and ease of access.</li> <li> <strong>ML Platform &amp; Data Science (4 Data Scientists/ML Engineers):</strong> Build and put into Production ML‑driven data products starting with our LTV prediction pipeline.</li> <li> <strong>Advanced Analytics (7 Analysts):</strong> Deliver insights across Game Analytics, User Acquisition &amp; Marketing, Market Intelligence, and Operations.</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Role and Missions — What you will do 🚀</strong></p><p>As a <strong>Senior Data Scientist</strong> focused on<strong> Marketing Analytics</strong>, you’ll work closely to maximize the impact of our marketing spend and help us acquire the highest-value players for our games.</p><p>You will:</p><p>• <strong>Build and optimize LTV prediction models</strong> (e.g., LGBM, cohort-based, user-level models) to measure campaign performance and improve return on ad spend.</p><p>• <strong>Develop player segmentation frameworks</strong>, including clustering and propensity scoring to tailor in-game experiences by spend potential and behavior.</p><p>• <strong>Lead A/B testing and experimentation</strong> by building models to assess both short- and long-term impact of new game and marketing features.</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>5+ years of experience delivering end‑to‑end ML solutions that directly drove business impact</li> <li>Proficiency in Python, SQL, dbt, and git; experience with big-data frameworks (e.g., Spark)</li> <li>Experience with cloud services (AWS preferred) and orchestration tools like Airflow is a plus</li> <li>Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift—you thrive in ambiguity and take ownership</li> <li>Prior experience in User Acquisition projects or Product segmentation</li> <li>Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Our Culture—Who we are🪐</strong></p><p>At Homa, we are building a community of brilliant talents.
