Location: The Grove Restaurant | Hollister, CA

We are seeking motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our Back of House (BOH) team at The Grove Restaurant. These critical support roles help ensure seamless operations behind the scenes and uphold the quality standards that define the Léal experience.

Positions Include:

• Cook – Prepare and execute menu items with consistency, precision, and attention to presentation while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen station.

• Prep Cook – Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, measuring, and portioning ingredients, ensuring readiness for daily service.

• Dishwasher – Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen tools, equipment, and dishware to support smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily kitchen or facilities operations with efficiency and care

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools

• Uphold health, safety, and food handling standards at all times

• Work collaboratively with the team to meet service goals

• Ensure guest-facing areas remain clean, organized, and presentable

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in kitchen, cleaning, or hospitality settings preferred

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently

• Must have or be willing to obtain a valid California Food Handlers Card

• Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and standing for extended periods

• Weekend availability is required
