KONE Supply Chain also drives the Safety, Quality, Environment and Sustainability work across KONE. We work in an agile manner, navigating constantly changing market needs together with our customers and partners.  

We are now looking for a Senior Manager / Manager, Sustainable business to join our Global Sustainability team in Espoo, Finland.

Senior Manager / Manager, Sustainable business will plan, drive, and follow various sustainability initiatives as part of the global sustainability team. Key initiatives include driving KONE’s sustainable business initiatives, understanding customer requirements and creating measurable business impact with sustainability.  

Responsibilities and key activities: 

• Collaborate with KONE’s business units, areas and front lines to further develop sustainable offering with proven customer value 

• Collect, analyze and communicate customer requirements on sustainable business 

• Create communication and sales materials on sustainable business 

• Actively collaborate with account management teams to help our customers reach their sustainability targets  

• Develop and communicate KONE’s environmental and social impact value propositions   

• Act as spokesperson internally and externally in relevant topics related to sustainable business 

Requirements for the position: 

• Master’s degree related to sustainability, environment, communications, technology, economics or similar 

• At least 3-8 years prior work experience in the area of sustainability 

• Business acumen, understanding on profit and loss 

• Experience of working in real estate or construction sectors is seen as an asset 

• Great Microsoft Office skills 

• Fluent in both written and verbal English, other languages are seen as an asset 

• Positive drive as well as co-operation and networking skills
