Preschool Director – The Learning Experience Littleton Pay: $70,000 – $80,000 per year (based on experience and credentials)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday

The Learning Experience – Littleton is seeking a dynamic, experienced Preschool Director to lead our childcare center and ensure a nurturing, high-quality learning environment for children, families, and staff.

This position is ideal for an EEC-certified Director or childcare administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, family-focused environment and is passionate about supporting teachers and inspiring young learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily center operations, including staff management, enrollment, and compliance.
• Recruit, train, and mentor teachers to maintain excellence in instruction and care.
• Ensure compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing standards and health and safety regulations.
• Manage budgets, payroll, and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Foster strong relationships with families through open communication and engagement.
• Partner with leadership to meet enrollment goals and maintain high family satisfaction.
• Promote The Learning Experience’s mission to provide a joyful, safe, and educational environment.
  
  

Qualifications

• Director I and II Certification (Massachusetts) required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of preschool or childcare center management experience required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of early childhood curriculum and developmentally appropriate practices.
