Customer Certification Specialist

Overview

This position requires the creation and review of Quality shipping documents that are sent to the customer.

Responsibilities

• Create and review certificates of compliance / analysis / test (CoC) for all products shipping to the customer.
• Interact with stockroom, shipping, engineering and customer service to review customer requirements for CoC and shipping documentation.
• Perform data entry / analysis.
• Review all shipping paperwork.
• Review product and shipping labels.
• Provide responses to requests from engineers and customer service in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain document storage files.
• Keep accurate, legible and organized records.
• Other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience. 
• Excellent communication, organization and problem resolving skills a must. 
• Strong computer skills to include data entry, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook. 
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables while performing daily activities.
• Must rely on own judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Must be able to perform a variety of tasks with limited supervision.
