Requirements
1. Monitor and manage Company vehicles and heavy machinery/equipment (renewal of registrations, servicing, tracking) to ensure they stay current.
2. Field requests for having vehicles services, review quotes, and coordinate drop-offs and pick-ups for maintenance.
3. Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and track preventative maintenance inspections for all Company vehicles and heavy machinery/equipment.
4. Work with Field Operations to assure all levels of quality assurance (safety, best practices, attire, equipment, machines, etc).
5. Enforce adherence to all safety processes and procedures.
6. Monitor and manage the Company’s GPS system which includes but is not limited to monitoring speed for all vehicles, ensuring no personal usage, and tracking all overall Fleet safety practices.
7. Implement policies and procedures for Fleet and equipment safety.
8. Work with Field Operations to adopt and reinforce efficiencies, safety, asset utilization, proper protocols, etc.
9. Track the cost of repairs for damaged vehicles and heavy equipment/machinery per market, working with HR and field leaders to hold Teammates accountable for preventable loss/damage incidents that occur.
10. Implement weekly safety discussion with the field for equipment operation. Ensure all markets are completing and submitting signed checklists of what was discussed and team members who were present.
11. Leader of Auto Incident initiatives and main contact for Carrier and Broker.
12. Coordinate safety classes between vendors and our team members to ensure safety is a top priority.
13. Develop and implement Company safety policies and procedures as it relates to the safe operation of equipment.
14. Demonstrate ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
15. Communicate clearly in written emails and through all verbal interactions.
