What You Will Do:
Procurement Ecosystem Business continuity (MyChampionX Portal, GEP,...)
- Owns Procurement Ecosystem support, monitor tickets are addressed within SLAs and following Follow the Sun organization.
- Consistently seeks to understand ways to influence the development and/or enhancement of procurement processes and systems
- Engages business leaders and subject matter experts in digital technology enhancements and procurement processes and 3rd party suppliers (e.g ESG software’s)
- Greater collaboration within the organization occurs as Procure to Pay (P2P) becomes more automated, increasing stakeholder adoption and experience
Procurement ESG Program (Green House Gas Emission- Scope 3, Human Rights in Supply Chain, Supplier diversity ...)
- Drive the global diversity and sustainability program through data driven insights and advanced analytics.
- Supplier Onboarding and periodic ESG vetting to ensure compliance to our policies and reduced risk: collect vendor data, score vendors and implement action plans where needed.
- Collaborate with and provide training to the Procurement team to drive a step change in the evaluation of suppliers and negotiation of contracts in line with ChampionX’s Sustainability & ESG strategy.
- Work with the Procurement team and key stakeholders to improve sustainability & ESG in strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management.
Talent management

Supports early development of the talent pipeline through extern and intern programs. - Participates and leads special projects, stretch assignments, and performs other duties as assigned.
KEY BEHAVIOURS / COMPETENCIES
Must Have:
Ethical Practice, decision making based on good principles, and living by good values.
- Track record of experience in Supply Chain sustainability and ESG, including delivery of sustainability and supplier diversity initiatives
- Significant experience on supplier relationship management and continuous improvement.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to engage with an influence at all levels of ChampionX
- Excellent data analysis skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multi-functional teams in global locations.
- Strong leadership skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills with particular emphasis in the areas of advocacy, negotiation, influencing, conflict resolution
- Strong in program management execution, results driven and ability to hold team accountable for end results setting appropriate milestones along the way to validate progress.
Preferred:
Experience working with Carbon emission, Modern slavery, supplier diversity programs
- Experience implementing supply chain engagement industry best practice and enabling technologies.
- Experience in development and implementation of supplier due diligence and governance strategy.
- Experience in identifying and implementing procurement operational and process efficiency
- Supporting and/ or developing governance and procurement policy.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Sustainability or Procurement.
- Wider Procurement experience gained from either clients, contractor, or consulting organization.
- Experience and knowledge of the key responsible sourcing issue areas; human rights, the environment, health and safety, anti-bribery and corruption, labor practices and ither s
