About The Team

The Digital Demand Management team is responsible for helping the Digital Hubs reach the right audience, at the right time, with the right message to turn prospects into customers who will benefit from high lifetime value from SAP.

As a Digital Demand Management Associate, you will work on a team that collaborates with all stakeholders to deliver data-driven demand generation within the Digital Hub.  By driving end-to-end demand chain, you will be helping grow Line of Business footprint in for Net New Names and Installed Base accounts across all Solution Areas, working with respective Partners &/or Account Executives.

 

What you’ll do:

Position title:  SAP iXP Intern - Digital Demand Management Intern

Location: Alpharetta, GA (Onsite)

FULL TIME POSITION

Expected Duration: 6 months

 

In this role, you'll: 

• Assist in implementation of data-driven end-to-end demand discovery, planning, execution and steering process in alignment with all stakeholders. Identify best practices to facilitate continuous improvement in Demand Management cycle. Execute on new initiatives that drive growth and new sources of demand. 
• Support the adoption and standardization of DG-related processes based on best practices, while keeping the Market Unit's adaptability in mind. Assist in structuring and documenting DG processes across MUs and regions
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to influence and contribute to regional/global roadmaps for DG. Ensure alignment with broader business goals
• 0-2 years' experience in Demand Generation, Inside Sales environment or Telemarketing experience, specifically high-volume phone-centric work
• Experience in using Demand Generation tools and technology and should possess analytical skills
• High volume activity working environments, involving phone and a CRM / contact management system 
• Fluency in English and local language
• Sales Prospect Research will be an integral part of the role
• MS Office suite proficiency is preferred
