Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (Staff Director)

In order to qualify for the Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (Staff Director) position which falls under the 0201 occupational Series, you must meet the following requirements by 11:59 pm EST on 07/24/2026: RELEVANT YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: Applicants must meet the following relevant years of experience to qualify for this AD-0201- Band E (GS-15 equivalent) position: Nine (9) years comparable experience leading and directing executive resources programs and services to include Senior Executive Service (SES), Senior Level (SL), Scientific or Professional (ST) positions and other executive hiring authorities; advising senior leadership on the interpretation and application of Federal statutes, regulations, and policies governing executive resources programs; overseeing recruitment/staffing, classification, and pay compensation for executive-level positions; and supervising staff responsible for the administration of executive resources programs.
