Job Description

JustFab Brands is looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager.

If you are an experienced and analytical Product Manager with Shopify expertise and a strong technical background, this role is for you.

How do you fit in?

As the Senior Technical Product Manager, you will manage the SaaS integrations and data tracking and reporting systems from ideation to delivery for our JustFab, ShoeDazzle, and FabKids Shopify stores according to the business strategy and KPI targets for our JustFab family of brands.

The Senior Technical Product Manager will report directly to the Senior Director of Product.

What you will do:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle of SaaS integrations with headless Shopify backend
• Partner with leadership and delivery teams to define the product strategy and roadmap aligned with the company vision for SaaS tools in our headless Shopify stores
• Translate high level business and end user needs into detailed technical specifications that can be executed by engineering and QA partners
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to justify product recommendations to leadership
• Provide training and support to business partners when rolling out new systems
• Communicate project delivery status across the organization

What you can bring:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant product management experience
• Shopify experience required
• Experience working with Global co-located teams required
• Experience working with Segment.io, data warehousing systems, and CRM systems strongly preferred
• Experience using AI chat features to complete project tasks and AI agents for automating repetitive work

• Extremely detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and ability to maintain and keep track of multiple sources of information
• Self-motivated, a good communicator with an innate ability to optimize on processes
• The ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure
• Be extremely analytical and quantitative, very comfortable analyzing reports in Tableau and Amplitude in order to make business recommendations.
• Have a high degree of comfort dealing with ambiguity, including the ability to come to logical conclusions no matter how little information is available.
• Proactive, talented communicator - written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal
• Keeps manager informed and escalates issues when necessary

Certifications/Licenses

• Agile project management or related certification a plus

The annual base salary range for this position is from $107,000-$180,000. The range provided includes the base salary that JustFab expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
