Sr. Executive Assistant

The Senior Executive Assistant will be responsible for performing complex administrative duties such as preparing executive-level reports and presentations which requires exercising judgment, initiative and sound knowledge of company/department policies and procedures.   Specific responsibilities include managing accruals for IPSA’s Display and Imaging Solutions business units.  This individual supports the President of IPSA coordinating and planning meetings, generating travel reservations and expense reports, managing travel, coordination and support for key events, and maintaining calendar. Managing the calendar and juggling the requirements and demands on the president from San Diego and Tokyo offices along with customers is highly required with executive level communication skills. 

This is a hands-on position, which also includes other general administrative responsibilities as assigned.  This role frequently works under minimal supervision.  Some travel (less than 10%) may be required.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School diploma is required or equivalent

  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of related support experience

  • Strong PC skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; working experience with PowerPoint is required

  • Must be a results driven, team player with a positive attitude who is also an excellent communicator with the motivation necessary to meet customer needs

  • Excellent written and organizational skills, able to follow directions

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience and knowledge in the professional electronics industry

  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $38 to $46. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for.  The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. 

In addition to a competitive hourly pay, this position is also eligible for a bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare benefits (medical, dental, and vision), paid medical leave after three months of employment, a 401k plan with matching company contributions, vacation time, education assistance, student loan assistance program, eighty hours of paid sick leave time annually, and up to twelve weeks paid parental leave after six months of employment.
