Pricing & Market Data Analyst

Nitto Tire U.S.A. Corp is looking to hire a Pricing & Market Data Analyst who will play an integral role in the administration and execution of Nitto’s incentive programs. This role is critical for the company’s financial health; directly impacting revenue, sales volume, competitive positioning, and market share. Specifically, this role supports development, execution, and payouts of consumer, dealer and distributor incentive programs. Responsible for understanding market dynamics, competitor strategies, and internal objectives, constraints, and structures. Responsible for developing data-driven incentive recommendations and strategies, based on internal and market factors. Works effectively under limited supervision. This role interacts directly with various stakeholders, including the Nitto’s sales, marketing, and the Enthusiast Circuit (independent dealers) teams, TTHA accounting, and external partners, to manage and execute the Dealer incentive process. This position is located at the corporate offices in Costa Mesa, CA. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

• Present information using data visualization techniques
• Propose solutions and strategies to market price position and business challenges
• Develops analysis for price positioning, discounts, incentives, and promotions
• Execute MAP policy updates and enforcement activities
• Ability to analyze large amounts of data and information to discover trends and patterns
• Provides reports using sales database as requested – including volume, profit, ranking (by dealer and pattern)
• Calculate and issue credit memos and accruals for Dealer incentive programs on a timely and accurate basis and generate reports to monitor performance vs. budgets
• Track programs via SAP/COGNOS / Excel spreadsheets, along with other special programs as needed.
• Prepare summaries of programs and report finding to management
• Respond to dealer inquiries, issues, and ad hoc reporting requests
• Support the development and refinement of tools, policies, and procedures for improved performance
• Serve as point person for JSOX/Audit requests.

The salary range listed is what we reasonably expect to compensate generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on the specific job description. We provide a competitive compensation package along with a robust benefits program to meet your needs.

 

The salary range for this position is $106,299.31 - $159,448.97
