What We Need from You: 

• Deliver professionalism, communication, and integrity to customers.
• Diagnose, repair, and calibrate a variety of HVAC/R equipment.
• Be available for nights, weekends, and on-call emergencies.
• Maintain vehicle stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment.
• Participate in training opportunities to enhance skills.

Qualifications: 

• Universal EPA certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficient in reading schematics and work plans.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, and heating principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills for documentation via iPad/cell phone.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial HVAC systems; refrigeration experience preferred.

Helios determines compensation based on the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $25-40/hour. Pay is based on several factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
