Twinsburg Family Health & Surgery Center offers a 24-hour Emergency Department with a helipad. This full-service ED is staffed and designed to provide quick and easy access for adults and children. When you join Cleveland Clinic, you will be part of a supportive caregiver family that will be united in shared values and purpose to fulfill our promise of being the best place to receive care and the best place to work in healthcare. 

A caregiver in this position works rotating days/evenings from 11:00AM – 11:30PM or 1:00PM – 1:30AM. 

A caregiver who excels in this role will:  

  • Provide direct nursing care. 

  • Implement, monitor, evaluate, update and revise patient care plans.  

  • Monitor, record, document and communicate patients’ conditions.  

  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments. 

  • Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.  

  • Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs. 

  • Educate patients and their families 

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

  • Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN or BSN program) 

  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)  

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) 

  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certifications through the American Heart Association (AHA) upon hire or within one year of beginning work in the Emergency Department 

  • One year of current acute care RN experience and/or Emergency Department (ED) experience. Will consider military RN experience 

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: 

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN
