Senior Product Designer

<h3>Job Description</h3><p>We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who is passionate about crafting impactful user experiences and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will lead the design of digital products across a variety of platforms and industries, working closely with clients, stakeholders, product managers, and engineers to bring world-class experiences to life.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and shape product experiences.</p></li><li><p>Lead client-facing design discussions, workshops, and ideation sessions.</p></li><li><p>Translate research insights into meaningful design solutions that meet both user and business needs.</p></li><li><p>Apply human-centered design and data-driven methods to identify opportunities and gaps.</p></li><li><p>Create wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs using tools like Figma or Sketch.</p></li><li><p>Present and articulate design concepts and rationale to clients and internal teams.</p></li><li><p>Participate in and lead design reviews, supporting a consistent and scalable design process.</p></li><li><p>Contribute to building and fostering a strong design culture at Nagarro.</p></li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Must-Have Skills</strong></p><ul><li><p>Strong expertise in Product Design across the full product lifecycle.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Miro, and Adobe Creative Cloud.</p></li><li><p>Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and user research methods.</p></li><li><p>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently in a remote setup with high levels of autonomy and accountability.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><ul><li><p>Experience with designing for emerging technologies such as AR/VR, connected devices, or digital kiosks.</p></li><li><p>Background in design leadership or mentorship within a team.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with pre-sales, client engagement, or project leadership.</p></li></ul>
