We are hiring an HR Generalist/Recruiter to join our Team.
Position Summary
This hybrid role will involve various HR functions, such as supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to work across multiple departments.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in resolving employee concerns and conflicts while maintaining a positive attitude and work environment.
- Coordinate the new hire onboarding process.
- Help manage benefits, including enrollment and changes.
- Assist with performance management processes and track employee performance evaluations, address employee relation and performance issues.
- Ensure company policies are up to date and in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
- Assist in writing job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
- Source candidates using social media, job boards, and other recruiting tools to build a candidate pipeline.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to evaluate qualifications and fit.
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in promoting the company’s employer brand through various recruiting events, job fairs, and online platforms.
Requirements
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred, but not required).
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a related field.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Knowledge of social media and other recruitment tools for candidate sourcing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must be able to be onsite in Conshohocken, PA office 3-4 days/week.
