We have extensive experience supporting the AF and IC with Intelligence Analysis and Weapon Systems Modernization and Sustainment.
Credence has an immediate need for a Senior Technical Project and Program Development professional with strategic business capture and technical writing capability for the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) in Dayton, Ohio. We are looking to expand our current business. The successful candidate will know the key stakeholders in the AF and IC and understand how to identify and target new business opportunities within organizations such as NASIC, NGIC, MSIC, AFRL, AFMC, AFLCMC, AFSC, NGA, NRO, and/or NSA. Candidates must have demonstrated success supporting early AF or IC contract awards with winning strategies to grow business.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below
- Candidate will plan and execute sales activities to meet aggressive new business growth goals by pro-actively uncovering sales opportunities with targeted prospects within AF and IC at their major bases like Wright- Patterson AFB, OH, Robins AFB, GA, Shaw AFB, Joint Base San Antonio, TX, Peterson AFB, CO, Langley AFB, VA and the Pentagon. The desired candidate will be creative and professional in executing the company growth strategy.
- Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to work independently with little or no direct supervision.
- Must have the ability and demonstrated experience to conduct office client calls and briefings with AF and IC leadership and program management teams, as well as program-level and acquisition officials - with a priority focus on Intelligence Analysis and Exploitation, C5ISR, AI/ML, DevSecOps, Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Services.
- Must be able to identify, qualify, and support the capture of new business within the AF and IC. Must be capable of building and maintaining a 3+ year new business pipeline of qualified business opportunities
Must have the ability to lead SMEs in the technical approach storyboarding, solutioning and writing processes, making sure a solution coincides with the win themes, solution strengths, customer challenges, and market research.
Should have demonstrated experience delivering superior communication and facilitation skills, with the proven ability to communicate to and manage deliverables from a diverse team of subcontractor and internal technical and management personnel.
Should have experience to help write and edit technical approach volumes, ideally for technology-based proposals
- Must have demonstrated experience supporting development and implementation plan for the AF and IC
- Must have the functional ability to quickly build personal, in-depth knowledge of Credence’s capabilities, technically, business wise, objectively to leverage, design, execute creative and differentiated growth strategies for client deployment and engagements as well as influence future capability development efforts for win-win scenarios.
- Experienced ability to bridge existing business relationships with other industry partners to facilitate teaming and thorough awareness of the competitive market.

Education, Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or greater
- US Citizenship is required with the ability of obtaining TS Clearance.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Deep understanding of Federal and Defense trends with the ability to drive positive change following industry perspective via the latest solutions in Mission Critical DOD Environments.
- Senior Leader understanding and experience supporting NASIC program(s)
- Strong technical writing skills
- Fifteen plus years to include service at AF or IC
