Join our growing team and make a difference!<br/>The Contractor shall identify a Project Manager (PM) by name who shall provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance and leadership of the execution of this contract. It is required that the PM has the following qualifications:·       Expertise in project management for IT/engineering/software projects.·       Experience facilitating meetings.·       Experience providing support of SaaS solution. ·       Experience staffing a team that is scalable to accommodate varying levels of effort over time.<br/> Candidates MUST HAVE prior experience in Drupal Projects. <br/><br/>The Contractor shall assign a Project Manager by name who has the expertise to successfully complete the tasks described in this document, and who shall provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance.  The Contractor shall be proficient in the use of web development tools as it pertains to the technology stack used for the Department web platform or other web site development software selected by DOT to replace these during the life of the contract. Contractor staff shall be knowledgeable about DOT and federal guidance, standards, and policies related to Web sites, including OMB guidance. ·       Full-time on-site resource, accountable for the entire project lifecycle, including roadmap planning, sprint planning, sprint review, and release management. The PM / Scrum Master ensures tasks are executed successfully and with quality (using CMMI and other QA best practices) by the team on a consistent basis. The PM / Scrum Master establishes appropriate communication channels between the various project stakeholders, provides routine status reports, and conducts meetings with DOT and Business Owners to keep them updated on all project activities and any risks/issues. The PM / Scrum Master also anticipates stakeholder needs and works with Product Owners to successfully manage changes in project scope, schedule, budget, and personnel. In managing the Scrum team, the PM / Scrum Master diligently applies Scrum principles, practices, and theory to Agile System Development and OM&amp;E activities, as well as directing the creation of system test plans, test scripts, and test reports associated with all system development, enhancements, upgrades and activities. This includes effective collaboration among the Product Owner and the team for release &amp; sprint planning, user stories, backlog grooming, user testing, and retrospectives. The PM / Scrum Master also captures, monitors, and reviews team velocity for Scrum teams to drive continuous improvements and high quality performance.   Additional requirements are as follows:·       Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
