✅ Requirements:

✔️Known as the go-to person for cool and groundbreaking designs.

✔️At least 4+ years of experience in design in the lead role.

✔️Knowing the ropes of standard and top-notch AI design practices, tools, and the ins and outs of real-time development.

✔️Experience leading UI teams and collaborating with artsy folks.

✔️Super organized, loves processes, and making decisions based on numbers.

✔️Talking with your team about what they need and fixing team issues.

✔️Worked with outside studios before.

✔️Good enough at talking and writing in English.

 

✅ Responsibilities: 

✔️Cooking up fresh design concepts and ideas for entertaining web projects.

✔️Giving helpful advice and guiding UI Designers, graphic designers, and outsourced designers.

✔️Leading, inspiring, and cheering on a diverse team of designers.

✔️Check out your team's designs to ensure they're on point for the project.

✔️Handling a bunch of projects at the same time, figuring out what to do first, and adjusting plans when needed.

✔️Showing off design ideas to internal stakeholders and getting their thoughts.

✔️Teaming up with developers to ensure designs are functional.
