WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Handle communication and coordination with vendors day of show
Prepare and organize daily batches of wine cocktails according to recipe and volume needs
Liaise with the Chateau team to ensure accurate communication and inventory alignment
Assist in management and fulfillment of online orders, ensuring timely processing and delivery accuracy
Compile and submit the Nightly Operations Summary (NOS) report
Conduct end-of-night settlements with vendors, including reconciliation and payment coordination
Collaborate with the Sustainability Manager to ensure all practices are compliant with environmental guidelines and goals
Maintain accurate records of inventory usage and vendor interactions
Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives
Assist and coordinate vendor load-in and load out
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Required:
Ability to work late hours
Working knowledge of restaurant and bar operations
Entry level knowledge of state, federal and local liquor laws, retail operations, computers (Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
Skill in leadership, guest relations, decision making and staff schedule maintenance
Ability to engage in positive interaction with staff and guests, prioritize, organize, motivate staff, problem solve, delegate, follow-up, communicate, diffuse possibly volatile situations with tact
High School diploma
Preferred:
Point of Sales knowledge
Some college or college degree
